1. General Information By completing this registration form, you are registering to attend the online broadcast of the New European Bauhaus (NEB) Festival satellite event, co-organised by the Friuli Venezia Giulia and Liguria Regions. The event coordination and registration platform are managed by HaCa Consult BV (haca.studio) on behalf of Friuli Venezia Region. (no Liguria - in quanto non abbiamo un incarico diretto con la società)

2. Registration and Access This registration platform is exclusively for online attendees. Upon successful registration, you will receive a confirmation email containing the Webex link to join the live seminar on the 9th of June. This link is intended for your personal use and should not be forwarded or shared publicly.

  • Data Collected: To manage your registration and provide access to the event, we collect necessary personal data, including your name, surname, email address, and professional details (such as your title, function, and organisation).
  • Data Retention: Your personal data will be kept by Friuli Venezia Giulia Region Brussels Office in order to inform you about following events and shared with Liguria Region, as a co-organiser of the event only for institutional and informative purposes.
  • Legal Basis: The processing operations on personal data linked to the management of this event are necessary under Article 5(1)(a) and (b) and recital 22 of Regulation (EU) 2018/1725.

4. Event Recording and Media Please be advised that this is a hybrid event featuring both in-person and online participants. The online broadcast may be recorded for archival or promotional purposes. By joining the online session, you acknowledge that the event is being broadcast live.
