How to get there
The venue is centrally located in Brussels and can be easily reached by public transport and on foot. We recommend planning your journey in advance and allowing sufficient time to arrive and complete the onsite registration.

Onsite registration and security
Please go to the registration desk upon arrival. We encourage you to arrive from 13:30 onwards to avoid queues at the start of the seminar.

Accessibility
The venue is accessible for persons with reduced mobility (PRM). If you have any specific accessibility needs or require assistance, please contact the organisers in advance so that appropriate arrangements can be made.

Online participation
If you are not able to attend in person, you may follow the event online. Registered online participants will receive an email with the connection link before the start of the event.
